Every vehicle we sell at our Arrow Group dealerships is covered by our full aftercare service. Our ‘Customer for Life’ pledge will ensure you are looked after and helped by our dedicated Aftersales support team, along with providing comfortable on-site facilities for you. Another way in which we can help is to offer you a service plan which means your servicing is inflation proof and helps you to budget for maintenance in advance, ask any of our team for details. Our on-site workshops are equipped with the latest manufacturer technology, so we can pinpoint and fix any issues with your vehicle as quickly as possible.
We use only genuine parts from the manufacturer, and the highest grade of oils for your servicing requirements and all of our dealerships are signed up to the Motor Industry Code of Practice for your added peace of mind. Plus we provide a wide range of courtesy services, designed to make your visit to us as easy and convenient as possible. You’ll can request a courtesy vehicle whilst yours is being repaired or a lift to any station, home or workplace within five miles, and we can often perform smaller services whilst you wait. Every car and van that passes through our workshop is also given a free Vehicle Health Check, a benefit you’ll exclusively enjoy as an Arrow Group customer.
